Our family spent two nights in a beautifully decorated room with a stunning garden view. The staff exceeded our expectations, especially during meal times. Don't miss the mesmerizing chicken hasselback and ensure you have your own snacks, as there's no fridge. Bringing cash for tips is also wise!

As a solo traveler on a short visit to experience the breathtaking Victoria Falls, my stay was a delightful surprise. The room was exceptionally clean and inviting, which made unwinding after a day of exploring truly enjoyable. Dining was an absolute highlight, especially when I tried the Zimbabwean beef prepared by Innocent, which was nothing short of divine. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I had my first taste of Zimbabwean beef prepared by Innocent the chef, it was just divine! Plus, Solomon and Pride were there waiting on me, and their food recommendations were spot-on!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what I got, it was acceptable.

Now, don't get me started on the no-free-bottled-water saga! While they aim to cut plastic waste, it feels like you're being charged for every little thing—hello, fridge in the room? And those pesky charges for park entries do add up, leaving one feeling a bit out of pocket.

i must say, i was thrilled by the decor but absolutely dismayed to find no fridge in the room. how do you expect me to enjoy my snacks? also, no complimentary water? it truly felt like i was being nickeled and dimed for everything. a simple welcome gift would’ve been nice, yet here we are. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Unfortunately, I faced issues with my devices due to incompatible plugs, leading to a frustrating experience. The room lacked a fridge, making it difficult to keep snacks and beverages cold, and it felt like we were constantly being charged for everything. The pressure in the shower was inconsistent, causing inconvenience during my showers.

The comfy rooms came with mosquito nets, and the pool area was a perfect chill spot. I loved the chef's mouthwatering Zimbabwean beef dish that stole the show!

This place was a commendable fit for a weekend in Victoria Falls with real value for money. The staff were incredible, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and helping us organize last-minute outings. Remember to bring your own snacks, as no fridge is available for storage.

A soothing atmosphere welcomed me, but there was a lack of a fridge in the room, which made snacks an inconvenience. the surrounding area needed better access to local attractions that required transportation. the absence of complimentary bottled water felt slightly off considering the establishment's standards.

Three nights there felt like pure bliss! The staff went above and beyond, organizing all our trips and transfers, it was seamless. We especially loved the dinner on our last night, the food was on another level! That Zimbabwean beef, man! just try it!
